Google has committed to use this technology to educate others about many wonders of the modern and ancient world (including the world below the ocean) and cataloging these locations on a website called Streetview Treks. By presenting data in an engaging "story timeline," students can explore works of art, learn about historic moments, and view ancient and modern world wonders. In this post, we are going to explore the "Historic Moments" collection. Here are some highlights: You can learn about the Battle of Normandy by viewing this collection. Clicking on the arrow on the right side of the screen allows you to navigate through the presentation.
